Every construction platform we manufacture is designed and fabricated to meet the most stringent structural requirements:

  • EN 1090 Compliant Structure: All our walkways and access platforms are manufactured under the internationally valid standard EN 1090-2 (EXC2/EXC3) for structural steel fabrication. This provides a critical guarantee for personnel safety and the platform’s dynamic load-bearing capacity.

  • Functional Design Implementation: Details such as access stairs, handrail systems, and floor coverings (grating, plate, etc.) are meticulously implemented in accordance with the technical drawings provided by the customer’s engineering team. Our aim is to ensure that in-plant and external walkways are ergonomic, efficient, and possess high durability.

  • Surface Durability: To enhance the platform’s resistance to corrosive and chemical effects in industrial environments, we offer protective coating solutions, including hot dip galvanizing (EN ISO 1461), fire-resistant paint, and applications conforming to the C5 class paint norms, shielding them from usage area effects.

Assembly operations are carried out according to customer requirements.
Marking and labeling follow international standards.
Available options include: custom industrial labels, QR-code labels, cold stamping, and laser engraving.

Pre-assembly and test fitting can be performed at our facility upon request or when field conditions require it.
