What do we do after receiving your request for quotation?
Review of specifications and technical drawings
Manufacturability assessment and process planning
Sourcing raw materials in line with the required quality
Preparing a list of technical questions
Providing design feedback and recommendations
After the technical feasibility approval, we proceed with the following steps
Material optimization and cost calculation
Estimating labor costs
Calculating additional costs such as documentation, testing requirements, and packaging
Determining the most efficient loading/shipping plan and calculating its cost
Defining and calculating the lead time
If we present the most suitable conditions for our customer and proceed to the order stage
We request the official purchase order or approval of our submitted quotation
If a contract is required, we review the contract
Once all terms are agreed upon, we begin the manufacturing process following a kick-off meeting, depending on the project structure
