Our Steel Fabrication Manufacturing Processes – Precision Forming, Advanced Control, and High Welding Integrity

At Aldem Çelik, we build quality in steel fabrication manufacturing upon an foundation of accurate engineering, precision forming techniques, and high welding integrity. Central to our production are welding processes executed in compliance with ISO 3834-2 standards. With our manual, robotic, and advanced technology welding machines, we ensure high strength and repeatable quality in heavy-duty steel constructions.

Our manufacturing process begins with the evaluation of project files and the detailed review of technical drawings. Throughout all processes, dimensional, structural, and visual quality controls are meticulously applied in accordance with customer specifications and technical drawing requirements. In the sheet and profile forming stages, we achieve high-precision manufacturing using laser cutting (sheet and profile), guillotine cutting, saw cutting, CNC bending machines, roller bending, punch presses, and eccentric and hydraulic presses. Drilling, grooving, and preparation for joining are also controlled to provide the ideal foundation for the welding process.

Surface preparation before welding is supported by deburring, roughening, and cleaning processes. After post-weld surface finishing is completed, products proceed to the coating stage. In our in-house, technologically advanced wet paint facility, we offer C5 class paint systems for high corrosion resistance, fire-resistant paint applications suitable for industrial environments, and various other high-level painting solutions based on specific customer demands. Additionally, galvanizing and powder coating operations are carried out by our quality-approved expert suppliers.

For jobs requiring assembly, pre-installation and pre-assembly are performed in our factory.

Final quality control procedures are applied to every product, verifying dimensional accuracy, welding integrity, surface quality, and coating performance. Products are then suitably packaged, protected for shipment, and loading processes are completed safely. In this way, durable, standards-compliant, and long-lasting steel fabrications—controlled from production to delivery—are safely offered to our customers.
