Certification Assurance: Our production processes are certified with EN 1090-2 (EXC4), the highest standard for steel structures, and ISO 3834-2, the foundation for welding quality assurance. This guarantees structural safety, particularly for fan components exposed to dynamic loads.
Precision Manufacturing and Assembly Fit: To maintain the balance and longevity of fan systems, we manage the fabrication and welding processes for Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel raw materials with high geometric accuracy. We deliver products packaged, marked, and finished according to customer requests.
Quality Control and Surface Treatment: We verify the integrity of the weld seams by applying NDT Testing (VT, PT, MT) with our in-house certified team. We maximize corrosion resistance for harsh working environments through Hot Dip Galvanizing (DIN EN ISO 1461) and Passivation processes for stainless steel products.
