Quality management at Aldem Çelik is an advanced engineering discipline that encompasses every stage of production. We document our reliability and technical competence in welded steel fabrication with our EN 1090-2 EXC4 (highest execution class) and ISO 3834-2 welding quality certification. These two fundamental certificates represent full international compliance in terms of structural strength, welding integrity, and process reliability.

Additionally, our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications serve as supporting building blocks, demonstrating that our quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety systems are managed in accordance with global standards.

Our production processes are applied across a wide spectrum, including:

This versatility ensures that our team is proficient in the technical demands of different sectors, enabling us to accurately interpret product requirements and deliver the optimal solution.

Material acceptance begins with the verification of EN 10204 Mill Certificates, and the entire process is supported by traceable records. Quality plans are prepared based on the nature of the project; when requested by the client or required by the project, an ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) is created to systematically manage the control and inspection steps applied throughout the process.

Our welding processes are executed with IWE certified Welding Engineers, certified personnel, and approved WPQR–WPS documentation.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Capabilities:

• MT (Magnetic Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), and VT (Visual Testing) are performed by our in-house certified quality control team.

• UT (Ultrasonic Testing) and RT (Radiographic Testing) are procured from accredited organizations when required, and their official reports are integrated into the quality file.

Surface preparation and coating quality processes are managed with the same discipline. Our in-house advanced wet paint facility meets the requirements for C5 protection class systems, fire-resistant paints, and specific industrial coating demands. Other coatings like galvanizing and powder coating are completed by our quality-approved expert suppliers, tracked through defined control steps.
